Feel Good Yoga classes are inspired by the ever changing elements and the circle of life. No session is quite the same (nor are we).
We honour our bodies’ abilities to flex and strengthen, to balance and coordinate. Through practicing the traditional yoga postures we find space to enquire within and adapt where we need to.
Every class offers movement, alignment, focus, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques.
