From a young age I’ve had a passion for exploring and learning. Forever curious, I discovered yoga early on, and for the past two decades I’ve fallen deeply in love with the practice.
Apart from an enjoyable physical activity, for me yoga is about developing positivity, joy, gratitude in the everyday things we are blessed with, about seeing the bigger picture, and letting go of whatever is stopping us grow.
Initially Hatha Yoga trained, my teaching (and my own home practice) draws on many other styles. I love to play with postures and sequences. Plenty of sessions are on offer – corporate, pregnancy or aerial yoga, every day is different.
I am fully qualified Nutritional therapist and an Ayurvedic masseuse.
