Yoga, put simply, is about feeling good.

 

It engages, develops and strengthens your physical and mental health, by combining stretching, controlled breathing and relaxation. Yoga helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function and calms the body mind and spirit. And having been around for a few thousand years, it must be doing something right.

With so many different styles and approaches, finding the right one for you can be daunting, but it need not be, and I want to help you discover what's right for you.

 

I offer a wide selection of 'drop in' classes but all with the same intention, to make you feel good. Really good. This means you get the most out of them, whatever your needs. From deep relaxation to dynamics flow, pregnancy to post natal, Feel Good is sure to have something just for you.

But if that’s not enough, I also offer a range of different private classes tailored to suit your exact needs including  one- to-one sessions, aerial yoga (yes really!), corporate and office classes as well as bespoke workshops and retreats.

And it doesn’t stop there….cos everyone is different…and we also like to party (a little). So whether you’re looking for an office party with a twist (or two), an alternative to a hen party, think zen hen, or just want to hang out with your mates in a healthy way.

Your health and safety is right at the top of my mind, and I will ensure that you are safe and well during my classes.

However I do need you to tell me of any health conditions that you may (or may not) feel relevant, so I can ensure you get the most out of your class. So I've created a super short form to fill out. Please print off and bring it along to your first session.
