Yoga, put simply, is about feeling good.

 

It engages, develops and strengthens your physical and mental health, by combining stretching, controlled breathing and relaxation. Yoga helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function and calms the body mind and spirit. And having been around for a few thousand years, it must be doing something right.

With so many different styles and approaches, finding the right one for you can be daunting, but it need not be, and I want to help you discover what's right for you.

 

I offer a wide selection of 'drop in' classes but all with the same intention, to make you feel good. Really good. This means you get the most out of them, whatever your needs. From deep relaxation to dynamics flow, pregnancy to post natal, Feel Good is sure to have something just for you.

But if that’s not enough, I also offer a range of different private classes tailored to suit your exact needs including  one- to-one sessions, aerial yoga (yes really!), corporate and office classes as well as bespoke workshops and retreats.

And it doesn’t stop there….cos everyone is different…and we also like to party (a little). So whether you’re looking for an office party with a twist (or two), an alternative to a hen party, think zen hen, or just want to hang out with your mates in a healthy way.

For all the mums-to-be. A gentle practice that gives you tools to slow down and enjoy the experience by accepting and respecting incredible thing your body is doing. We breathe, stretch, chant, we affirm, but we mostly indulge in lots of relaxation.

This is a fun and funky session offering traditional yoga poses using a suspended hammocks. You’ll get all the benefits of the practice, but with the added ability to hold challenging postures longer, allowing your spine and joints to decompress. Enjoy a private £60min class for only £40 and of course you can share that with a friend or a loved one

Ok, so not all offices are equipped with yoga studios, but that's no problem. I offer classes based in your offices and provide ll the necessary equipment, meaning you and your colleagues can get your flow on in between emails. Contact me directly for more information

We spend time away from our usual environments (and all the routine and stress they hold) so we can truly focus on ourselves, get deeper in our practise, reflect, re-energise and refresh. I know. A yoga party. Fun right? If you have a group of friends who want a party with a difference, why not try yoga. It's a great way to get things going, have a giggle with friends, work up an appetite (and excuse to wear neon*), this could be for you. Your health and safety is right at the top of my mind, and I will ensure that you are safe and well during my classes.

However I do need you to tell me of any health conditions that you may (or may not) feel relevant, so I can ensure you get the most out of your class. So I've created a super short form to fill out. Please print off and bring it along to your first session.
