Food, glorious food (and a whole lot more)

We all know what foods are good for you, and we also know the ones that aren't. So you don't need me to tell you that.

 

But nutrition, and nutritional therapy is so much more than that. Understanding what to eat, when to eat and what's best for you can revolutionise the way you feel, and that's how I can help.

 

So if you feel a little low on energy, looking to lose or gain some weight, or trying for a baby, a holistic approach to your overall wellbeing may just be for you.

I offer evidence based Nutritional Therapy with a sprinkling of Ayureda (the ancient science of healing). Through using this approach, we can really focus on health and vitality, treating the body as a whole and find the root cause of the problem, rather than just treating the symptoms of it.

Using customised diets, suggestions on supplements, herbal medicines, exercise plans (including yoga...), detoxifying treatments as well as some relaxation techniques that will help balance both the body and mind.
