A (very big) hello
Since I was young, I've had a passion for exploring, learning and experiences new things. One of those things I discovered early on was yoga, and for the last 18 years I've fallen deeply in love with it.
For me, yoga is about developing positivity, joy, gratitude for the everyday things that we are all blessed with, about seeing the bigger picture and letting go of whatever is stopping us grow.
Initially Hatha Yoga trained, my teaching (and practice) now draws on many other styles, whilst combining that with my love for movement and play. Every day is different.
Knowing what you put in your body is as important as what you do with it (oh, and the fact I just LOVE food), As a qualified as Nutritional Therapist this enables me to share that knowledge to ensure you can make yourself as happy and health possible. Both inside and out....
