About Dimi

dimiDimi Booth is a dynamic, inspirational yoga teacher who brings her energy, humour and philosophy to her Feel Good Yoga sessions. She is also a mum, wife, yoga student, runner, author, interpreter, snowboarder, dancer, booklover, truth seeker…

Dimi has been in love with yoga for the last 16 years and has a foundation in Hatha Yoga while drawing on various other styles over the course of her practice. For her, yoga is about developing positivity, joy, gratitude for the every-day things that we all are blessed with, about seeing the bigger picture, about letting go of whatever is stopping us grow.

Currently Dimi leads general yoga classes, pre and post-natal practice, corporate yoga, classes for the over 60s and various private sessions.
