One-2-One Yoga Sessions
Yoga is a personal journey that can be tailor-made to suit the individual. One to one sessions are a good idea for anyone learning yoga so no bad habits are picked up. Personal sessions are also ideal if you have a goal in mind, such as toning your body, stress relief or gaining more energy. One to one interaction with a teacher is an invaluable experience and there is a level for everyone, regardless of physical condition, shape or size. 121 session
121 Session Feel Good Yoga private sessions last 60 minutes (first one 75min of which 15min consultation and introduction). If you can do two or more sessions a week – great, but given that most of us are in a constant rush and have no much time to spare, once a week with a teacher and a shorter session on your own is a very good start. Remember, any yoga is better than no yoga and 20 min a day is better than 90 min once a week.
